Where did the Refugees from Turkey settle in Aegean Macedonia?

Taken from the book “A Concise History of Greece” by Richard Clogg, 1992, page 105.

Can we get some comments on this by our southern neighbors?

I have a larger version of the above map, please click the picture the view it.

It was an exchange of population between Orthodox Greeks and Muslim Turks. The Turks were packed up and deported to Turkey as the Greeks were deported from Asia Minor and resettled in Greece on the Turk owned estates. This created a lot of animosity amongst the pre-existing inhabitants of these areas where the refugees where given lots from the estates/ tchiifliks of the Turks which where the best and most fertile areas in these regions as compensation.
Turks out = Greeks in. You do the math brainiac!
So much for your conspiracy theory…
